IronRite may offer subscription purchase options. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy.

Recurring billing

When you start a subscription, you authorize IronRite or its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Subscription frequency

Subscription frequency, price, and product details are displayed at checkout.

Renewal reminders

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, renewal reminders may be sent before recurring charges.

Managing subscriptions

Customers may manage, update, pause, or cancel subscriptions through the customer account portal if available, or by contacting alexis-zkv@pm.me.

Cancellation

Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next order is processed. If a subscription order has already been processed, it may not be cancellable and will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, the system may retry payment. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused, cancelled, or delayed.

Price changes

Subscription prices may change. If required, we will notify customers before a price change applies to future subscription renewals.

Product availability

If a subscription product becomes unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or impossible to fulfill, we may cancel, delay, replace, or refund the affected subscription order.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping payment, shipping, and contact information accurate and up to date.
