Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on try-iron-rite.com, operated under the IronRite brand by ZKHV SASU. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

Products

IronRite sells dietary supplement oral strips intended for adult consumers in the United States. Product information, ingredients, suggested use, warnings, and supplement facts are provided on each product page and/or product label. Products are not intended for children. Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Territory

At launch, IronRite accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. We may refuse or cancel orders placed from unsupported countries, unsupported shipping addresses, freight forwarding addresses, PO boxes, or addresses we cannot reliably serve.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Applicable sales tax, if any, may be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the customer’s delivery address and applicable rules. Payment is due at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment authorization.

Order confirmation and acceptance

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation confirms receipt of the order. It does not guarantee final acceptance if the order is fraudulent, unavailable, undeliverable, or otherwise impossible to fulfill.

Processing and shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Current US shipping policy: Standard US shipping is $5.99; free US shipping is available on orders of $50 or more; estimated delivery time after processing is 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Products may be prepared, packed, and shipped by external logistics providers on behalf of IronRite.

Risk of loss and address errors

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or may not be eligible for a refund.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. We may cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or impossible to fulfill.

Subscriptions

If subscription options are offered, the subscription terms displayed at checkout apply. By starting a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges at the selected frequency until the subscription is cancelled. Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through the customer account portal or by contacting support. Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next order is processed.

First-order satisfaction guarantee

IronRite offers a satisfaction guarantee on the customer’s first order only. This guarantee allows a customer to request a refund within 14 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their first purchase. The guarantee applies once per customer, household, shipping address, and payment method.

Returns

Unopened products may be eligible for return according to our Return & Refund Policy. Opened products may be refunded only under the first-order satisfaction guarantee. Return instructions must be requested by email before sending any product back.

Health disclaimer

IronRite products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision.

Refusal and cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, abuse, reselling, product restrictions, pricing errors, availability issues, or operational limitations.
