IronRite currently ships to the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery time
Estimated US delivery time after processing: 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
- Standard US Shipping: $5.99
- Free US Shipping: available on orders of $50 or more
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. IronRite is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, unavailable recipients, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or defective, contact us at alexis-zkv@pm.me. For damage claims, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Unsupported addresses
We may refuse or cancel orders to addresses that cannot be reliably served, including certain PO boxes, freight forwarding addresses, reshipping services, or incomplete addresses.
Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners on behalf of IronRite.
