Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on try-iron-rite.com.

First-order satisfaction guarantee

IronRite offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on the customer’s first order only. If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at alexis-zkv@pm.me.

This guarantee applies once per customer, household, shipping address, and payment method. Opened products may be eligible for refund only under this first-order satisfaction guarantee.

Unopened returns

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return authorization required

Do not send products back without contacting us first. To request a return, email alexis-zkv@pm.me and include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged or defective. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return address

Return addresses are provided by customer support after a return request is approved. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or may not be refunded.

Non-returnable items

We may refuse returns or refunds for products returned without approval, products returned to the wrong address, products damaged by misuse, empty containers, excessive or repeated refund requests, fraudulent or abusive claims, products purchased from third-party sellers, or orders outside the eligible return window.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and bank. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, a defective product, or an approved first-order satisfaction guarantee claim.

Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos before offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders are eligible under this policy only if the return or refund request meets the conditions above. Customers are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next order is processed.

Chargebacks

Contact us first before filing a payment dispute. We reserve the right to provide order, shipment, delivery, and communication records to payment processors in response to chargebacks.
